Saramiasht FC becomes champion of Kabul Premier League.

Kabul football premier league was held 3 months earlier at Ghazi Stadium of Kabul city. 13 teams took part in the league that finally The Red Crescent’s football team became champion.

Ordu and Feroozi football teams finished second and third gaining 31 and 25 points respectively. Najibullah Kargar, The Red Crescent’s coach and Hamidullah Habibi, the team’s midfielder were identified as the best coach and the best player of the matches, and Mujiburrahman from Jawanane Ordu football team became man of the match scoring 11 goals.

Dr. Hafizullah Wali Rahimi, President of Afghanistan Sports and Physical Training Department, Mohammad Yousuf Kargar, the AFF vice president, and Sayed Zia Muzaffari, president of Kabul football federation gathered at closing ceremony, which the ceremony came to an end after presenting gifts and trophies to players and the champion team.

Likewise, at the end, Moqaddar Qazi Zada, former national team defender, received honorary cup of the best defender of Kabul premier league for being in the league for years. Mr. Qazi Zada signed contract with one of Indian football clubs some days back and he is supposed to head to India in few days to attend training sessions.
