Kabul U-14 premier league kicks off.

Afghanistan Football Federation held U-14 premier league in Kabul in order to identify young talents and to strengthen different age categories of the country’s grassroots. The competitions are for the first time held as a league, and the teams compete one another for 4 months. The AFF has undertaken various competitions as per its short and long term programs, and runs this competition according to pre-planned program. Besides starting Kabul U-14 league, the federation could successfully accomplish U-10, 11 and 12 leagues, and after U-14 league, U-16 and U-18 leagues will be held. In the long term the AFF has decided to hold different age categories leagues same as that of Afghanistan football premier leage, which is held among champions of 8 zones of the country. It is worth mentioning that Kabul U-14 league is held on Thursdays and Fridays at the AFF stadium.
